REGISTRATION FEES

Both Team and Individuals: $50 / person
Team only: $45 / person
Individuals only: $35 / person

There will be a late registration fee of $20 per person for those who submit their individual registration after the deadline of February 28th, 2026.

The late individuals registration deadline is March 6th 2026. No registration will be accepted after this date has passed. 

In cases where a refund is necessary (eg. if certain members of a team cannot participate due to unforeseen circumstances, etc.) the HRKC may only be able to return a maximum of half the paid amount, as all the funds received go directly into preparation for the event. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

If participants choose to pay as a school, payment may be received via credit card (with additional processing fee) or Zelle. Full payments must be received by March 6, 2025, otherwise registration will be incomplete.

If participants choose to pay individually, payment may be received via credit card or PayPal (with additional processing fee) at the time of registration.
