School information must first be provided by the club representative using the registration form. Please select "other, not listed" from the list of universities and provide school/club information and a primary contact, as well as payment method. The representative can also complete their own registration at the same time. 

The designated primary contact for each school is responsible for communications with the tournament organizer and ensuring that their team is aware of all procedures, requirements, and general information.

Once complete, the registered school will then shortly appear as an option in the list of universities. After this, all other teammates wishing to participate will use the same form to register individually.

Team slots are granted on a rolling basis, so early application is strongly encouraged. For team designations, you only need to provide who will be on the A, B, etc team; team order will be requested at the start of the tournament check-in on March 22nd. 

Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. If paying individually, payment is due at the time of registration. A confirmation email will be sent out acknowledging receipt of payment.
